Our work focuses on supporting small business and non-profit leaders and boards in being good partners and strong  leaders of organizations. We partner with boards, leaders, and organizations to strengthen leadership, governance, and organizational effectiveness. 

Our work includes leadership training and coaching, supports for strategic planning, organizational amalgamations or program integrations, back office sharing or intentional collaboration, and governance support. Through facilitation, training and coaching, we support leaders in finding their leadership identity, building confidence, accountability, and practical people-leadership skills.
